It's a particularly hot day.

The air is thick as the sun beams down on you. The reflective windows of the office buildings and malls intensify the heat, and you regret not wearing a t-shirt and shorts. As you walk through the city's main crosswalk, your phone vibrates, and you pull it out with sweaty hands.

The screen is blank.

Did it get too hot? You press buttons, but it doesn't power on. Then, as suddenly as it turned off, it turns back on. White text appears on a black background.
    Decryption confirmed.

    Condition green.

    Booting program.
The screen shuts down again. Seconds later, new words are typed.

Veritati is a short-run, invite-only game that incorporates both AU and jamjar'ed characters, who are trapped in Vitae - a city isolated from the outside world. After a mysterious app downloads itself on their phones, characters must work together to solve missions in hopes of uncovering the mysteries of the city and what happened to its peaceful days.
